Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on our website was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may file a counter-notification with our designated copyright agent. The counter-notification must include the following information:

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed material in accordance with the DMCA unless the original complainant files a lawsuit seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in the infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
